The future of oil and gas industry to be discussed by prospective MSPs at an event organised by industry body Oil & Gas UK.
Ahead of the Scottish Parliamentary election next month the industry will have the chance to hear what prospective parliamentary candidates from Scottish political parties think about oil and gas and its role in the nation’s economy.
Oil & Gas UK is hosting a hustings on April 12 in its Aberdeen offices between 7.3-9.30am.
Taking part is, Fergus Ewing – SNP, Lewis Macdonald – Scottish Labour, Maggie Chapman – Scottish Greens, Mike Rumbles – Scottish Liberal Democrats and Murdo Fraser from the Scottish Conservatives
The event is being chaired by Trisha O’Reilly, Oil & Gas UK communications director, with prospective parliamentarians each getting the chance to pitch to the audience before questions are taken from the floor.
