Dong Energy is said to have reduced its headcount by 175 positions.
The company made the move last month in its oil and gas division from its offices in Norway, England and Denmark.
It’s understood the company had considered selling out of oil and gas but now plan to keep exploration and production as part of its IPO.
A number of job losses have been announced since the beginning of this month with both Aibel and FMC Technologies announcing redundancies.
