Rolls Royce has said 150 jobs will go from its operations in Norway.
The move comes after a number of headcount reductions were made in the country this week by Aibel, FMC Technologies Dong Energy.
It’s understood staff were told at a town hall style meeting earlier today.
A consultation process is now expected to begin involving staff, the employer and unions.
Last year, the company made 300 redundancies.
