“The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we stand as in what direction we are moving” said German writer/statesman Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
After more than a decade in business, I look back with a huge sense of pride on what we have achieved on our exciting journey so far – but the important place to fix our focus is on where we are going next in our corporate story. I firmly believe that knowing the direction your organisation is travelling in is key to growth, and a key element of that growth is people.
People are customers, competitors, staff and more and it is important to have an awareness of how all can positively impact on your business – it is how these forces successfully align when you engage with people one-to-one at events such as OTC which make attending industry showcases so important to what we do and in helping map our direction for the future.
As we return to the Houston event, we are preparing to share and celebrate with delegates what the Centrifuges Un-Limited team has created in terms of an increasingly global, broad product and service portfolio which continues to evolve by working closely with and listening to customers.
By getting out there and speaking to people, our direct lines of communication with existing clients are strengthened and we have the chance to lay the foundations of relationships for our future, thus creating an exciting opportunity which we once again look forward to.
