Songa Offshore said it has taken delivery of a new rig which is now making its journey from South Korea to Norway.
The company said in its April fleet update that two its rigs – the Songa Delta and Songa Dee – had achieved 100% operational efficiency working for Statoil in Norway.
Meanwhile, the Songa Trym is now stacked, and being marketed for new employment.
The Songa Equinox achieved operational efficiency of 100% and an earnings efficiency of 94% last month working for Statoil in Norway.
The Songa Endurance achieved an operational efficiency of 100% and an earnings efficiency of 100%, also working for the Norwegian operator.
