Renewable energy producer Infinis is set to be sold-off in parts.
Infinis is part of private equity firm Terra Firma, which is controlled by Guy Hands.
Hands took Infinis private six months ago in a £555million deal, after a two-year period on the public market. Crumbling shares forced the move. The firm will now be sold-off in two parts.
Goldman Sachs and Capital Markets have been appointed to sell windfarm operations. RBC will also sell its landfill gas business.
