Sound Energy has appointed Stephen Whyte as its chairman.
Whyte, who has 25 years’ experience, is currently non-executive director for the firm.
He said: “I am delighted with my appointment as non-executive chairman at such a pivotal moment for the Company and look forward to working with James and his executive team.”
James Parsons, chief executive officer of Sound Energy, added: “It is with great pleasure that I welcome Steve as Chairman.
