Urals Energy said it has completed its acquisition of the entire share capital of Arctic Oil company.

Urals Energy said it has completed its acquisition of the entire share capital of Arctic Oil company.

The move comes after the deal was announced last month.

The company made the acquisition from JSC ArcticMorNefteGasRazvedka.
