Norwegian operator Statoil has awarded Kraemer Maritime a contract for supply of provision’s to the company’s installations in a deal worth NOK230million annually.
The win will see Kraemer carry out the support work on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
The contract period is for four years with an option for three two-year extensions.
The supplies include food, cleaning products, kiosk merchandise and other related products and services.
Hilde Halsteinslid, vice president for the catering and administration unit in Statoil, said:“This delivery is crucial to our offshore employees. Kraemer Maritime has won the contract in fierce competition with both Norwegian and international suppliers. It will be exciting to cooperate with a new supplier with long maritime trade experience.”
