Songa Offshore said it has been impacted by ongoing strike action in the Norwegian North Sea with a number of its rigs taken out of operations.
It comes amid disagreement between unions and Norske Olje and Gass over pay.
An estimated 1700 workers have been laid off as a result of the industrial action.
A Songa Offshore spokesman said as a consequence of the rigs ongoing out of operations, the company is reducing offshore manning to the safety crew level and 65 offshore staff have received temporary dismissal, with another 365 planned.
It will bring the total to 430 employees.
Songa said three of its rigs, the Endurance, Equinox and Enabler, have all been taken out of operations and are on force majeure.
Meanwhile, the Songa Encourage is in operation but expected to be impacted by the conflict in the first half of October.
The Songa Delta is currently not expected to be impacted by the conflict.
