Novenco wins Culzean contract

Novenco has received a number of orders for equipment for Maersk's Culzean field in the North Sea.

Industry has welcomed the launch of the 33rd round, though activists have warned of a legal challenge on the horizon.

Novenco has received a number of orders for equipment for Maersk’s Culzean field in the North Sea.

The company has signed a contract with Singaporean firm SMOP for delivery of air action units, fans and DX cooling machines.

Chief executive Per Einar Nilsen Novenco said the contract was “important” as it showed the firm could compete in markets such as Singapore.

The production of the equipment will take place at Novenco factories in Asia and Europe.
