Aberdeen based incident investigation firm Matrix Risk Control has won a six-figure contract to provide training in China.
The contract, which is valued at £100,000 will see Matrix Risk Control providing a train-the-trainer programme to allow Shenzhen based Job Safety Solutions to deliver its incident investigators toolkit in China.
Matrix Risk Control’s commercial director Mhorvan Sherret said: “We are very pleased to have quickly established such a positive relationship with Job Safety Solutions following our introductory meeting in March.
“This outcome underlines the value of participation in trade missions – and the benefit of the support and advice that Matrix receives from Scottish Enterprise.
“Thinking big really can pay off for smaller companies, provided they are prepared to invest the time and resources. This contract provides our trainers with an excellent opportunity to experience another culture and to progress their own professional development by delivering services in Asia.”
As part of the deal, Job Safety Solutions will act as the country agent for Matrix’s key learning modules, which allow organisations to train their staff in incident investigation via e-learning.
Matrix Risk Control was established in 2009 by former senior police officers.
