Offshore oil and gas software provider Eigen has announced today that it will open a new Aberdeen office, headed up by ex-Gordonian’s captain Keith Wildridge.
Augmenting its existing headquarters in Surrey, Eigen are adding an Aberdeen office to help service oil and gas contracts in the UK, Norway and Azerbaijan.
Mr Wildridge, as new head of North Sea sales, will lead operations within the Aberdeen office where Eigen say he will focus on “providing local support for customers”.
With 17 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, Mr Wildridge has worked previously for Shell, The Peak Group, and AGR.
Gareth Davies, director of strategy for Eigen, said: “Aberdeen has been a key geography for Eigen over many years, and we are looking forward to consolidating our position here with a local office.
“We aim to reinforce our commitment to Aberdeen Oil and Gas activity and are looking forward to seeing Keith’s experience and local knowledge in practice.”
