
TWO North Sea chefs with Sodexo won the bronze medal in the live cook-off at the Scottish Chef of the Year competition in Glasgow.
The pair were Yoram Odentz and Davie Donaldson. Ian Russell, Sodexo’s UK divisional director, said: “I am particularly pleased that Yoram and Davie have been recognised on such a prestigious stage.
“To have this sort of success clearly demonstrates we have reached a standard of excellence in craft skills and enthusiasm for recipe development.”
Mr Donaldson added: “We are absolutely delighted.”
Sodexo has been delivering on-site service solutions to oil and gas industry clients in the North Sea for more than 40 years.
