ARTHUR Millholland, the founder and president of exploration and production independent Oilexco, will deliver the keynote address at DEVEX 2008, which takes place in Aberdeen next month.
The Canadian geologist turned entrepreneur, whose bold strategy led to the discovery and development of the North Sea Brenda field and, more recently, the apparently large Huntingdon oil discovery, will also open the two-day conference.
DEVEX 2008 will explore the theme “from development to production”, and offers three parallel sessions to choose from over two days. It aims to attract 500 delegates to Aberdeen. programme highlights include:

DEVEX 2008 is organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Aberdeen section; Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain (PESGB), and Aberdeen Formation Evaluation Society (AFES), with support from the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR).
