This year CHC Helicopter, DeltaTek Global, Sentinel Subsea and Trac Oil & Gas will battle it out to take home the Innovation Award, sponsored by Balmoral.
All firms displayed how money and time were saved while input increased output as a result of their efficient and imaginative way of working.
The awards ceremony, in association with Aberdeen Standard Investments, will also celebrate industry leaders who deserve to be recognised for their appetite for continued learning, mentoring and influence.
The coveted gong, sponsored by Scottish Enterprise, will be collected by either Neil Brady, managing director at Scopus Engineering, John Harris, director at Elevator or Ian Phillips, chief executive at The Oil and Gas Innovation Centre.
The glitzy celebration will take place at the Chester Hotel, Aberdeen on Friday, September 6 following the conclusion of Offshore Europe.
In its fifth consecutive year the Gold Awards was launched in 2015 to celebrate all that’s good about the north-east’s oil and gas industry.
