IT MIGHT seem a bit early to flag this but, once the summer break is over, time will fly to the next Energy Institute dinner in March next year when there will be a speaker rematch between Alex Salmond and Bob Keiller.
Scotland’s First Minister and the CEO of Production Services Network (PSN) jousted brilliantly at the 2008 dinner – so much so that they totally eclipsed the person who had been hired to put a bit of fun into the evening.
Alan Higgens, Aberdeen branch chairman, advises Energy that tables for the dinner have sold like hot cakes. There are, however, a few left, although it seems likely they will sell fast given the Keiller-Salmond billing.
