North-east firm Hawk Enviro said yesterday it had been taken on by wind-turbine giant Vestas Wind Systems to sell hundreds of unwanted pieces of equipment.
The Huntly-based business, which trades oil and gas equipment, said it would hold at least 20 auctions, alongside industrial auctioneer Astoca, of assets including generators and turbine foundations over the next six months.
