Aberdeen business management software firm BusinessPort says it has signed a partnership deal in the US which could generate an additional £5million in sales before the end of next year.
BusinessPort added it had agreed a tie-up with professional service firm RG Performance Group to boost international growth, having already opened an office in Houston this year.
Under the terms of the agreement, RG Performance will offer clients BusinessPort’s Agility system. The program, which allows all employees to view documents, data and applications relevant to their role, is already used by thousands of oil and gas and defence workers.
BusinessPort has forecast turnover of £4million for 2013.
Managing director Peter Shields said he was pleased to have agreed the deal with RG, adding that the company’s work complemented BusinessPort’s services.
