Global oilfield service provider Archer said yesterday it was opening two offices and a downhole tool repair centre in the Middle East.
The new bases, two in Dubai and one in Qatar, will add management, technical support and customer care services to the company’s operations in the region.
The Oslo-listed firm employs more than 8,300 people in 118 locations, including several sites in the north-east.
