Reef Subsea has completed rock removal for A/S Norske Shell on its Draugen Field, off Norway.
The 11-week program, contracted by Ocean Installer and performed from the Normand Mermaid offshore construction vessel, saw Reef’s dredging and excavation arm providing supervision of equipment and personnel to complete the rock removal.
The work will allow A/S Norske SHell to install new oil production and gas lift lines and umbilicals, and to reroute existing lines at the site in the Haltenbanken area, 140km north of Kristiansund.
