French energy giant Total has named Arnaud Breuillac as its new president of exploration and production.
Breuillac, who has been with Total for more than 30 years, has been the company’s senior vice president for the Middle East since 2010.
The Ecole Centrale graduate has held a number of senior positions in the UK, Middle East and Africa with the company.
He takes up the role on January 1 2014, and will join Total’s executive committee later next year.
