Aberdeen-based offshore specialist access company AquaTerra Solutions has appointed Alan Ewan as its new operations manager.
Mr Ewan has been with the company since 2006 when he joined as an offshore level 3 access inspector team leader.
He then progressed to the role of field engineer and then manager for West Africa based in Ghana.
In his new role, Mr Ewan will be responsible for leading both the onshore and offshore teams to deliver rope access work scopes for maintenance, inspection, construction and decommissioning projects.
“Alan has excellent leadership and management skills and technical expertise in rope access and this appointment makes him a highly valuable addition to our senior team,” said managing director Peter Robinson.
