The UK’s best green power firms are set to battle it out after nominations opened for this year’s British Renewable Energy Awards.
The awards, held by trade body the Renewable Energy Association, will include two new categories this year – best financial product to accelerate renewables deployment, and best sustainability project.
The new categories sit alongside the ten existing awards, including best renewable energy champion, project, company and the judges’ award – with nominations closing on March 7th.
The winners will be revealed at this year’s gala dinner at the Savoy Hotel in London – winner of five awards itself last year – on June 12.
