Sunbsea engineering firm Subsea 7 has been awarded a $75million (£44.9million) deal for construction services on the Hebron oilfield, offshore Canada.
The three-year contract with ExxonMobil covers project management, engineering and installation of two offshore loading systems in a water depth of 92 metres in the Jeanne d’Arc basin field, 350 kilometres southeast of St. John’s.
“This contract award further enhances our construction capability across offshore Canada, building on the successes of our subsea engineering and construction work for our clients in the region,” said Stephen Henley, managing director of Subsea 7 Canada.
