One of the UK’s leading safety experts is to give the keynote speech at this year’s UK Offshore Oil and Gas Industry Safety Awards in Aberdeen.
Justice Charles Haddon-Cave, the QC who led the enquiry into the 2006 Nimrod crash that killed 14 people, is to deliver the keynote address at this year’s awards, which take place at the AECC on April 30.
Mr Justice Haddon-Cave, who spoke at last year’s Piper 25 conference, is regarded as one of the country’s top experts in aviation and maritime transport issues.
