Only a few tickets remain for a new event linking Europe’s energy capital with its Norwegian rival.
The first Aberdeen-Stavanger Gateway will be hosted by public relations company Granite PR on Tuesday.
It will be run along the same lines of the Aberdeen-Houston Gateway event held earlier this year, featuring speakers, panellists and hosts in two locations.
It is also hoped it will be a springboard for strengthening existing links between Aberdeen and Stavanger, and lead to new opportunities for businesses either side of the North Sea.
Managed by Fyvie-based organisation businessplus-scotland, the event will use video technology to link Aberdeen’s Marcliffe Hotel and Spa and the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Stavanger.
Granite PR founder and managing director Brett Jackson said: “Due to our own growth in Norway and our desire to develop the success of the Aberdeen-Houston Gateway event, which ran for the second time in March 2014, Stavanger was an obvious choice.
“We look forward to updating delegates on development in key industry sectors in both locations, including operator overview, drilling, subsea, marine, taxation and civic links.”
