Pipeline solutions firm Pipelines 2 Data (P2D) has celebrated the opening of its upgraded premises with a high-profile visit.
Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond toured the Aberdeen facility in the Minto Commercial Park during his visit to the Shire for the Scottish Open tournament.
The premise manages advanced assembly, refurbishment, in-line testing and calibration.
“It’s great to see an innovative company like Pipelines 2 Data continuing to grow and internationalise, and take full advantage of the major opportunities in the oil and gas supply chain,” Salmond said.
“By developing new and unique products, this is a firm which is working with some of the industry’s biggest firms and helping them refine their business practices.
“Through our agencies, the Scottish Government is committed to working closely with companies such as Pipelines 2 Data to help them achieve their ambitions and full potential, and I’m delighted to be officially opening their new headquarters in the hope this will help them on their way to greater success.”
