Stats Group has opened a new intervention engineering and technical support hub and recruited two of the energy industry’s leading experts in pipeline intervention services.
The pipeline engineering specialist has invested in a new facility in Kendal, Cumbria, which will be the focus of its technical and operational support.
It follows a recent £1million investment the Kintore-headquartered company has made in opening a global training centre and in additional premises in Inverurie.
The 2,500sq ft office and research base is headed up by Martin Wilson in the newly created post of director of intervention services. He is supported by Mark Burton, technical director of intervention services.
