Aberdeen-based recruitment firm OPS Group has announced a £1.4million increase in turnover at year end 2014 to £21million.
The oil and gas recruitment company has set a projected turnover increase of 19% with £25million for the year ahead.
As part of its growth strategy, the firm has refreshed its brand identity by launching a new website to reflect its position in the market, global personnel and recruitment specialist for the oil and gas industry.
Established in 1988, OPS Group now has offices in Dubai and Perth, Australia. It is attempting to further drive its recruitment capabilities as well as its global reach throughout the remainder of 2014.
Co-founder and managing director Steve Pryor said: “We are delighted with the achievements to date, as the team work tirelessly to deliver best practice through our technical experience and enhanced systems.
“As we work in such a fast-paced industry, we strive to be innovative, and part of this is ensuring we have the most up-to-date systems and the best people in the business. Investment in these areas has seen continued growth year on year.”
OPS has also made several strategic appointments due to growth of the business with a 50% increase in employees over the last two years.
