A new firm focused solely supporting the renewable energy market has been launched.
Spoor Global, founded by former Vaisala Energy managing director Steve Ross, provides region specific advice and support to firms looking to expand their international renewable frontiers.
“As the renewable energy markets go global – and as fast growing firms operating within established markets seek out new opportunities for growth – it’s imperative that senior teams don’t bet the business, on the success or failure of international expansion strategies,” said Steve.
“Time and time again, successful and established sector specialists have fallen short when it comes to successfully executing global expansion strategies, either as a direct result of unanticipated overspend or through a lack of regional knowledge. In time, these shortfalls have been found to have a significant negative impact on domestic sales support and core customer growth.”
