Circle Oil has appointed a new group executive finance director to its team.
Susan Margaret Prior will take up her new role later this month with more than 20 years experience across a number of sectors including natural resources.
Prior to her new role, Susan was a transaction services director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their oil and gas team.
Chairman of Circle Oil, Steve Jenkins, said: “I am pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Prior to the board of Circle Oil and delighted to welcome her as the new Group Finance Director.
“Susan has a wealth of experience in global corporate governance best practice and internal controls and will significantly enhance the Group’s finance function.”
Earlier this week the company also appointed two non-executive directors to its team.
