An energy industry specialist has appointed a new technical director.
Lee Hanson joins Fisher Offshore with more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
Mr Hanson will be responsible for solutions while also pursuing new design and development opportunities and will replace Mike Roberston who retires from the firm in June after eights years in the role.
Jack Davidson, managing director of Fisher Offshore, said he is delighted that Mr Hanson is to join the firm.
He added: “I’m thrilled to welcome Lee to Fisher Offshore. He has a wealth of experience that will be of great benefit to the company moving forward. I’d also like to thank Mike for his service over the last eight years and wish him well in his retirement.
“Lee’s main role will be to find ways that enable our various services to come together that will truly allow us to offer consolidated solutions to both our current and prospective client base.
“We want to ensure that all to allow our solutions to be of added value and efficiency to the end user and we’ll be looking to enhance this further throughout the months ahead.”
