Aberdeen-based offshore equipment supplier First Integrated Solutions has parted company with managing director Fraser Coull.
Coull has been replaced by Steve Mearns. Mearns joined the company in 2013 as finance director and has extensive managerial experience in the international energy industry.
In a statement, First said: “We would like to extend our thanks to Fraser for his hard work and contribution over the last year and wish him well for the future.”

Coull joined First in November 2014.
Earlier this year, the company invested £10million in a new fleet of rental winches.
The manufacturing and equipment hire company employs more than 100 people at its headquarters at the Bridge of Don.
