A new chief financial officer has joined the team of Sodexo ahead of the departure of its current boss.
Sian Herbert-Jones revealed her decision to leave the company in March this year but planned to stay an additional 12 months to assist with the transition period of her successor.
Marc Rolland has now joined the team with effect from today, while Herbert-Jones will continue to support the group until February next year.
Sodexo has been one of a number of catering companies locked in talks with offshore workers in a pay dispute.
Talks between the companies and unions are still ongoing in a bid to find a solution from both sides.
