Leaf Clean Energy is seeking payment of $126million after filing a complaint against one of its investees,Invenergy Wind.
The move has been taken in the Delaware Court of Chancery in the US after the company allegedly breached a number of provisions in a Note Purchase Agreement.
The complaint has alleged the Invenergy has to obtain consent for a proposed sale, which was not consented for by Leaf Clean Energy, as well as no payment being made.
Invenergy has told Leaf it does not believe it is entitled to the payment it is calling for and plans to contest the allegation of the complaint.
