Rockhopper Exploration’s merger with Falkland Oil and Gas has led to former Falkand chief executive Tim Bushell and chairman John Martin appointed non executive directors.
The pair joins the Rockhopper board with Bushell joining the remuneration committe and Martin joining the firm’s audit and risk committee.
The Rockhopper/Falkland merger creates the largest North Falkland Basin licence. The firms will now push ahead with the high-potential Sea Lion project.
