Norwegian shipping firm GC Rieber has won a EUR9million lawsuit by against it after a Bergen court district court ruled in its favour.
The case was brought in June 2012 when its subsidiary Armada Seismic received a claim from Arrow Seismic Investments II (now PGS Geophysical UK).
GC Rieber has confirmed that the case against it has been dismissed and Armada has been awarded full legal fees of NOK3.4million.
The court decision may be appealed.
Arrow alleged that Armada acted negligently when the company took delivery of Hull 533 in October 2011.
