Tullow Oil said it remains on track for first oil from its TEN Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme) project offshore Ghana.
The Prof John Evans Atta Mills floater has arrived to the region following a five-week journey from Singapore.
The company posted a tweet on social media which said: “First oil on track for July/August”.
The FPSO has the capacity to produce 80,000 barrels of oil per day and is capable of storing 1.7 million barrels.
The development of the TEN fields is being led by operator Tullow, along with its partners the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, Kosmos Energy, Anadarko Petroleum and Petro.
