An executive vice president of Statoil is recovering after being evacuated from a french mountaintop over the Easter weekend.
John Knight was evacuated from the Col de Passon with suspected heat exhaustion.
He was evacuated from hospital before being released, describing the medical care he received as “fantastic”.
The summit is located at the famous ski resort of Chamonix and the trip to the Col de Passon is known to be a popular skiiing area.
