The former boss of Statoil and BG Group has injected cash into a new company with compensation from when he stepped down from his latest role.
Helge Lund moved from the Norwegian operator to BG Group almost two years ago, before leaving his role with BG when it was taken over by Shell.
According to reports, he injected NOK33million and granted NOK10million in loans to Inkerman Holding.
The company works in managing and investing funds as well as other consultancy services.
