Unique Group said it has completed the acquisition of Oceanvision PTE and Oceanvision Equipment Services.
The company will now form part of the group of firms and is the third acquisition Unique has made in the last nine months.
The moves comes after the chief executive of Unique Group outlined his plan a year ago to grow the business in line with potential marker opportunities.
Svein Gunderson, engineering manager, said:“This is an exciting time for Oceanvision as we become part of the globally respected Unique Group. I, and the team, look forward to working with our new colleagues at Unique. The additional products and services we can now offer will be advantageous for our current customers and provide new opportunities that exist in the area.”
Earlier today ExxonMobil was revealed to have made a potential $2.5billion takeover of OilSearch.
