Airswift has opened a new office in London to support the energy sector recruitment firm’s expansion plans.
Airswift said it chose the base on New Broad Street for its proximity to the City of London financial district.
About 30 employees from the business will be based there, including some staff from executive search firm Ducatus Partners, a division of Airswift.
Ducatus was founded last year by a group of executives who used to work for Maxwell Drummond International (MDI), which went into liquidation a year ago.
MDI, which was set up in 1994, had an office at Rubislaw Place in Aberdeen in addition to bases in Calgary, Houston, Rio de Janeiro and Singapore.
Kevin Davidson, who used to be chief executive of MDI, is now managing director at Ducatus Partners, which also has a base in Aberdeen, at Rubislaw Terrace.
Mr Davidson said: “We’re delighted to open our London office in the prestigious New Broad Street location.
“Along with our established teams in Houston, Singapore, Paris and Aberdeen, our London team will continue to deliver integrated and innovative global executive search solutions from this state-of-the-art facility.”
