Watch: Chevron’s new lease of life for North Sea’s Captain

US oil major Chevron has published a video showing how polymer technology can breathe new life into its billion-barrel Captain field in the North Sea.

Chevron said last month that it planned to boost recovery from Captain by 5-7% using the technology in the basin for the first time.

The company has made a final investment decision on the project.
