Four engineers have been kidnapped in Libya, according to Reuters.
The news agency reported that the four foreign nationals had been working for Turkish construction firm Enka in the south-west of the African nation.
The men are understood to be Turkish and South African.
Reuters quoted a state electricity board official as saying that the men were seized while travelling from an airport to a power plant that is under construction.
Libya has been in turmoil, with widespread crime, following the uprising that unseated – and killed – autocrat Muammar Gaddafi in 2011
