Another new office building in Aberdeen is the latest sign that economic conditions in the Granite City are picking up.
Property firms CBRE and Knight Frank teamed up for the development, called B3 at Aberdeen International Business Park.
Launching their £17 per sq ft marketing push yesterday, the joint agents said they expected a good level of interest.
B3 has accommodation extending to 77,000sq ft over three floors. Each floor can be sub-divided, allowing for individual suites from 6,000sq ft upwards.
The building is on Dyce Drive, close to Aberdeen International Airport, while occupiers will also benefit from quick and easy access to the new city bypass road.
CBRE said B3 tenants would be able to take advantage of “unrivalled amenities on site”, including a restaurant, deli, coffee shop, fitness suites, games hall, auditorium, communal meeting rooms and a nursery.
Amy Tyler from CBRE’s Aberdeen office added: “B3 really is a fantastic building.
“Not only is it located in a highly strategic and well-connected area, it also has high quality Grade A space with large open-plan floor plates and brilliant views.
“The building has the potential to accommodate smaller requirements too as we can sub-divide floorplates. It is suitable for a variety of size requirements.”
She added: “We decided to commence our new marketing campaign for B3 on the back of the AWPR opening imminently, meaning the building will be even more accessible.
“Aberdeen International Airport’s first phase of transformation is now complete and the new exhibition centre, TECA, will open in 2019, all of which represents significant investment in the surrounding infrastructure.”
