A firm of travel management specialists has open its doors in Aberdeen. Headquartered in Leeds, Traveleads will now have a base in the Granite City.
Led by UK head of sales, Sally Cassidy, the city centre office will be home to a new team as a result of growth of 21% in 2017-18.
The 47-year-old business, owned by Evans Property Group, has adopted a company-wide aggressive growth strategy aiming to almost triple annual turnover from £40 million to £100m in the next three years.
The firm says it hopes to do this with projected growth from business acquisitions and increased contract wins.
The company said that, as one of its main UK business centres, the Aberdeen office reinforces Traveleads’ commitment to its already established client base, which has seen a 65% increase in turnover as a direct result of growing customer numbers in the north-east.
Ms Cassidy said: “Today’s travel market is complex; competition is fierce, and it can be daunting for businesses when moving into a new area.
“However, Aberdeen has been phenomenal for us. We have experienced significant growth in the region, and we anticipate this to increase as we further develop our team.”
