International subsea inspection, repair, maintenance and light-construction group Harkand has announced the appointment of Deborah Stevenson as chief financial officer.
It said Ms Stevenson, who is based in Aberdeen and worked previously in private-equity-backed and FTSE 250 businesses, had particular experience of helping rapidly expanding businesses as they prepared for the next stage of growth.
Harkand employs more than 750 people at bases in Aberdeen in the UK, Dubai in the Middle East and Singapore and Perth in Asia-Pacific.
It was launched in February through the merger of Iremis, Integrated Subsea Services and Andrews Survey following investment by US private-equity firm Oaktree Capital Management.
Harkand aims to grow turnover to more than £630million in five years.
