Tullow Oil has named senior JP Morgan vice chairman Jeremy Wilson as a non-executive director.
Mr Wilson, who is also a non-executive director with Wood Group, joined the US investment bank in 1987 and oversaw several major energy sector mergers and acquisitions before becoming its managing director in 1999.
He is currently vice chairman of the bank’s energy group, and a member of Wood Group’s renumeration and nomination committees.
