Aberdeen-based risk management group Altor has boosted its Middle East, Africa and Asian team with a clutch of new appointments.
Derek Dempster, Roger Cannon, Robert Kinnell and Chris Scott have all joined the firm’s Dubai office as project managers, while Matthew Filby has been appointed emergency response and crisis management advisor.
The three-year-old company, which also has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Perth, was recently awarded large contracts with ADNOC in Dubai, ABu Dhabi, Iraq and Oman.
“The newly expanded team bolsters our presence in the growing MEACA market and forms a key part of our continued international expansion plan,” said chief executive Jim Walker.
“Altor’s aim of increasing our global team to 60 this year remains firmly on track thanks to these recent appointments.”
